I have four children that were born at home with the help and support of a midwife and my wonderful husband.

I took The Bradley Method classes when I was pregnant and through them, I learned to trust my body and to cope with the intensity of labor. My children’s births were normal and uncomplicated but I’m also a NICU mom. I understand the beauty of natural childbirth and I understand the necessity of occasional medical intervention.

I can support women through either experience or both. Pregnancy, labor and delivery, and postpartum can be magical, empowering, and utterly beautiful. The education, learning about what is normal and possible during childbirth is what I hope to share with expectant mothers.
